Hamilton has spent most of his life in the automobile business, having begun began working for the family dealership while he was still in high school. His first position was sweeping floors and washing cars.
After spending the summer renovating the building, Hamilton opened for business in mid-December. Car shoppers will find late model vehicles as well as older cars, trucks and vans with a wide price range. He can also assist buyers with financing through local banks.
With room to grow, Hamilton is investigating the possibility of adding vehicle repair and service. He hopes to have the service department up and running by late spring or early summer.
Hamilton invites former and new customers to stop by and see the cars on the lot or just say hello. The dealership is open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday; and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday. For more information, call 548-1175.
